Renovation of restaurant at Le Duc de Praslin


A full month renovation was done on the hotel’s main “Le Dauphin” restaurant and was just ready for the festive season. Guests enjoyed a brand new buffet display. A new modern buffet line has been built and the restaurant has been extended to cater for 40 more guests including an outside deck that can be turned into a dance floor.



Le Duc has invested in the most top of the range buffet equipment such as the latest induction cooking ware from Andy Maanhart Switzerland to top of the line shafting dishes from WMF Germany and other new design buffet ware from Bugambilia Mexico.

To keep a class of Creole spirit, Andrew Gee and John Etienne have done some remarkable artwork and design.

A complete set of glass crystals collection from “Swarovski” Fish and Sea theme highlights the new buffet with a marine aquarium as a centre piece.
