Le Meridien Fisherman's Cove introduces the  "Le Meridien Eclair"


Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts have launched a global éclair program in partnership with award-winning pastry chef and new LM100 member, Johnny Luzzini.

In the brand’s new culinary program, Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts Worldwide will offer guests the opportunity to indulge in a variety of modern twists on the Parisian treat, including both classic flavors as well as unique creations inspired by the destination. 

  
As part of the program, the hotel will offer modern takes on three signature éclair flavors—coffee, chocolate, and almond, as well as one locally inspired flavour.  Le Meridien Fisherman’s Cove launched its ‘New Perspective on Éclair’ during an afternoon tea/coffee gathering on Saturday 26th July 2014 where guests of the hotel and invited guests had the pleasure of indulging in a selection of creative flavoured éclairs prepared by Chef Anthony Robins and his team as well as tasting our destination-inspired flavoured éclairs, the ‘banana & coconut’. 
  
Le Méridien Éclair will allow guests and locals yet another way to unlock their destination. The chic treats are available at Le Meridien Fisherman’s Cove in Le Cocoloba Bar, on order within 48hrs. In-room dining menu and buffet for those wishing to have an indulging moment are also available.
