The Curieuse restaurant now offers Pan Asian cuisine ranging from India
to South East Asia. The Curieuse sushi bar rounds out the Asian gastronomic
experience, with healthy dining choices and a variety of contemporary sushi and
sashimi. Contemporary cocktails with
Asian influence, New World Wines and signature teas complement this epicurean
journey through the east. Restaurant opens from
1900hrs to 2200hrs
The Losean restaurant now
features modern Mediterranean cuisine, with an a la carte menu offering
specialties such as Wagyu beef carpaccio with parmesan mousse or pan-seared
seabass with ravioli and Martini foam. A
classic Old World Wine list offers a plethora of selections to satisfy even the

The Pool Restaurant & Bar
showcases fresh products and local flavours highlighting the essence of
Seychellois dining culture. Guests can
enjoy traditional island recipes in a relaxed atmosphere by the poolside. Open throughout the day, the restaurant offers
a family style barbeque with live cooking grill and traditional rum tasting in
the evening. Innovative island cocktails
and flavoured shishas complement the culinary experience against a backdrop of
island rhythms.
