Le Domaine de La Reserve Excels at Praslin Culinary & Arts Festival
It was with pride and utter enthusiasm that the GM and Chairman of Le Domaine de La Reserve, Mr. Joseph Albert, welcomed his team of 3 Chefs to Le Domaine de La Reserve Hotel this afternoon after their landmark victory at the 2nd Edition of the Praslin Culinary and Arts Fiesta held at Cote D’or, Praslin.
It is not the first time that Le Domaine de La Reserve participates in the competition, but this time the Team Leader, Chef Rolly Quatre was better prepared and stood out in a superior position compared to all other competing 4 and 5 star hotels on Praslin island.
The winning chefs and categories were:
1. Professional – Fish Dish Jannick Moustache 1st
2. Professional – Meat Dish Arnold Lefournour 2nd
3. Professional – Dessert Terry Mothée 3rd
