Some of our partners may have recently been experiencing some issues downloading Hotel Factsheets, Hotel & Destination Images and Videos on We apologise for any inconvenience, but we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties.


We have identified the issue and bug-fixes are currently being rolled out to rectify this situation as soon as possible.

If you find that there is something that you need and are unable to download, please email our Social Media Coordinator, Mateo Parisi at to make a request and he will provide you with the required files. For security reasons, please quote your Partner Hub Username and Password when making your request.
