International Coastal Cleanup Day at Fregate Island Private

The International Coastal Cleanup began more than 30 years ago, when communities rallied together with the common goal of collecting and documenting the trash littering their coastline.

At Fregate Island Private, on the 21st of September, many team members of different departments came together to clean up around Fregate Island Privates‘ beaches. There has been lots of material collected.

The volunteers, part of the Conservation Team, created a sculpture, made out of Flip Flops collected in the past month along our beaches.
